Sell4FreeŽ Question & Answer Page
1. Why should I refer clients to Sell4FreeŽ
Real Estate?
Sell4FreeŽ never charges a listing fee to our clients as long as we
are able to represent them on their new home purchase. The savings on a
$100,000 home would be $3,000 based on a 3% listing commission. The
savings would allow your client to transfer their hard earned equity in
their current home directly to their new home. The savings is often the
difference between buying another home or staying in their current one.
2. Does Sell4FreeŽ Real Estate support
Realtors?
Yes. We are not a "For Sale By Owner" organization. We handle the
transaction from start to finish. All Sell4FreeŽ listings are listed
in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and all Sell4FreeŽ agents
are members of the local board of Realtors in good standing.
3. How is the referral fee calculated?
The referral fee is 25% of the gross commission made by Sell4FreeŽ
Real Estate. A $100,000 sale would be a $750.00 check to the referral
agent. The referral in the example is based on 3% of the gross selling
price.
4. When do I receive my referral payment?
You receive your referral check the day of closing. Sell4FreeŽ Real
Estate pays your broker from the HUD-1 statement and comes from the
escrow officer or closing agent.
5. What if Sell4FreeŽ charges a flat fee
instead of a percentage fee?
Sell4FreeŽ pays 25% of the flat fee to the referring agent.
6. What if a seller I referred to Sell4FreeŽ
also purchases a new home?
Sell4FreeŽ pays a 25% referral fee on all gross commissions referred
to them.
